Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Pay around £2,450 per month, based on your experience.
