Immediate opening: we are hiring a room service attendant in Watonwan County, Minnesota. You will be based at a beach resort. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Full-time with occasional weekends.
