Production welder • Gagarawa, Jigawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production welder in Gagarawa, Jigawa State. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently On a typical shift you will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₦130,000 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
