Scullery hand wanted in Nance County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Nance County, Nebraska. You will work in a hospital canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
