The role involves dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals; carry out turndown service in the evening; replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls; strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; empty bins, replace liners and segregate the waste.
