Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Brunswick County, Virginia. You will work at an ACP cladding fabricator. On a typical shift you will fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw. What we are looking for: • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
