Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Dunn County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy refrigeration workshop. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Your main tasks: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
