Powder coater wanted in Sedgwick County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Sedgwick County, Colorado. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches.
