Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Choctaw County, Alabama. The job is at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
