What we are looking for: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Day to day you will insulate and ventilate the roof void; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses. ₦160,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
