Great opportunity: flat roof installer (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Lincoln County, Minnesota. The role involves strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; insulate and ventilate the roof void. What we are looking for: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
