Natural gas fitter — New Hanover County

Join our team: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in New Hanover County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
