Urgent requirement: steward (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Jackson County, Alabama. You will work in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
