Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
