Urgent requirement: precision welder (Missouri)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a precision welder in Ozark County, Missouri. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring).
