We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Gwandu, Kebbi State. You will work at a haulage company. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Current Driver CPC qualification card Day-to-day duties: • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Rotating shifts.
