Immediate opening: we are hiring a forklift operator in Boone County, Iowa. The job is in a large warehouse. On the job you will handle: • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner What we are looking for: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
