Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Your main tasks: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull Full-time with occasional weekends.
