Site electrician — Gilliam County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site electrician in Gilliam County, Oregon. You will be based at a commercial shopping complex. On a typical shift you will check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands; dress and terminate wiring inside control panels; pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars. Ideal candidate: • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate Rotating shifts.
