Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Laurel County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine The role involves: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily Rotating shifts.
