Gtaw welder wanted in Richland County

Join our team: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Richland County, North Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
