Cake decorator wanted in Schuyler County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Schuyler County, Illinois. You will be based in a bread factory. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
