Coating plant operator — Ife East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ife East, Osun State. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦4,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
