Vacancy available: scaffold fitter (West Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Wetzel County, West Virginia. You will be based on a bridge maintenance job. On the job you will handle: • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors You should have: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
