Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Coshocton County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
