Canteen cook wanted in Sully County

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Sully County, South Dakota. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 2+ years on the tools preferred.
