Canteen cook wanted in Redcar and Cleveland

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Redcar and Cleveland, England. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Full-time with occasional weekends.
