Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Santa Barbara County, California. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
