Now hiring: we are hiring a QC technician in Benton County, Indiana. The job is at a food processing unit. Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
