Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Warren County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height On a typical shift you will set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges.
