Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Haskell County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. The role involves clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job. Requirements: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Overtime paid at a premium rate.
