Powder coating sprayer — Otero County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Otero County, Colorado. The job is on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
