Join our team: refrigeration installation technician (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Whiteside County, Illinois. You will work on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. You should have: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Valid driving licence for field call-outs The role involves: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
