Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in City of Roanoke, Virginia. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. What we are looking for: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules On the job you will handle: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
