Urgent requirement: fire and safety officer (Tennessee)

Now hiring: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Warren County, Tennessee. You will work at an oil and gas facility. Day to day you will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Part-time with flexible hours.
