On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Overtime paid at a premium rate.
