Great opportunity: fabricator-welder (Plateau State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Qua'An Pan, Plateau State. You will work at an automobile body shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Your main tasks: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
