Bread and bun maker — East Sussex

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in East Sussex, England. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream 6+ years on the tools preferred.
