Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Koochiching County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces 3+ years on the tools preferred.
