Elevator service technician • Anderson County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Anderson County, Tennessee. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. The role involves: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
