Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills On the job you will handle: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
