Production welder — Audrain County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in Audrain County, Missouri. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
