Thermal insulation technician • Hancock County, Kentucky

Immediate opening: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Hancock County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
