Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production line helper in Dyer County, Tennessee. The role involves tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Careful handling of tools and components At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
