Beldar — Wichita County

Now hiring: we are hiring a beldar in Wichita County, Kansas. You will work with a civil contractor. Day to day you will bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
