Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Buncombe County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Rotating shifts.
