Now hiring: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy glazing workshop. Your main tasks: • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames Requirements: • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Own basic hand tools an advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
