You should have: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
