Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Denton County, Texas. You will work at an oil and gas facility. Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites On the job you will handle: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
