We are recruiting: forklift operator (Alaska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a forklift operator in Petersburg Borough, Alaska. You will work at a freight and logistics depot. You will shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch; pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains; operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles; load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book. You should have: • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required 2+ years on the tools preferred.
